4. Because some were personally questioned about their belief systems, sometimes casually talking while others were on the threshold of romance with the church but not committed to the standards left questions of properly relating to those they sought, thinking that being among people with different views would not be questioned once it was revealed that they were in fact against what was standardly taught in the synagogues as well as in the churches in our nation.
